There are different kinds of work and good thing for those that require physical strength because it would also serve as your work out to stay physically fit. However, there are jobs that doesn’t require that much effort but takes away your time facing the computer. Example of these jobs are those in the offices. These people doesn’t include exercise in their system. Most of them faces the computer in their entire day and since they are much oriented in what is going on in the internet, even their recreational activities are computer based. Health experts doesn't have the full control in changing their day to day activities because this is already part of them and sometimes this is their means of living. In fact, the computer world already invaded even their activities of daily living like having groceries. Grocery stores already have their online counterparts and shopping can be done with just few clicks of the mouse. Furthermore, stores are placing promotional activities similar to video slots for discounts and gift certificates.

The health researchers would not just let this thing to happen. They were able to come up with machines that are attached to the desktop computers for the workers to exercise while working. The researchers headed by Lucas Carr of the department of exercise and sport science at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C., found out that pedalling at the office could result in health benefits if done regularly. Some machines that are attached are treadmill under the computer table that can be used while stuck in front of the computer.

This just one way of keeping with the technology at the same time narrowing the gap of having no time to stay physically fit.

Time runs so fast and it's December once again. I think I've been sleeping most of the time that's why I didn't notice how fast time goes by. Many things happened during the past few months and I haven't blogged about it yet. I don't know what to write and I don't know what to blog. I just want to write nonsense If I want to.

Today, I did nothing. I just watched the Big Bang Theory from Season 1 to Season 3. I'm couping up with my friends who are currently watching the Season 4 of this amazing American Sitcom. I just love the Big Bang Theory and the nerdy lines of Dr. Sheldon. Hahaha! It makes me laugh even if I'm alone at home.

I just couldn't stop laughing while watching this American Sitcam. Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady created a masterpiece. This geek comedy is truly a masterpiece and everyone who's geek, not-so-geek, or not-geek-at-all will definitely love this TV series.

If you haven't started watching the Big Bang Theory yet, I suggest you watch it! It's really hilarious and educational. Yes, it's educational. Just listen to their conversations and you'll learn a lot of stuff.

Margarito will surely be defeated tonight and it's all over for him. The Pacquiao vs Margarito live stream has been awaited by a lot of fans this weekend and surely several sites will be offering it for everyone. A lot of online channels are also offering pay-per-view for this exciting match.

Yes, I am half crazy and I really don't know why. It doesn't really matter even if I try to remember, there are some things that money really can't buy. Anyway, UFC 117 live streaming will start tonight at exactly 10:00 PM here. I'm so excited to see Anderson Silva in the arena again. I have an extremely strong feeling that Silva will win again tonight and will still be the reigning UFC Middleweight champion.

Sonnen is the best fighter and challenger right now for Silva, but he's not good enough. I know that, because I have followed both since they started their UFC careers and I have already compared both. I have a simulation program wherein I can see who will win and who will lose, based on their stats and their experiences in Mixed Martial Arts.

Silva will definitely defeat Sonnen tonight and I bet my life on Silva. If Silva will be defeated, I will surely commit suicide!

Oh geez, this is really the first UFC event in UAE! UFC 112 Live Stream is one of the most exciting and most awaited UFC events this April 2010! Various websites will be streaming this Ultimate Fighting Championship

Due to the time zone difference in Abu Dhabi, UFC 112 live stream will be shown live on pay-per-view in the United States at 1 pm ET, with a replay at the regular time of 10 pm ET.

UFC 112 is entitled Invincible. Truly, all the fight cards are undeniably invincible and worthy to be called invincible. The match between Silva and Maia is what I'm waiting for and I can't wait to see who will win.

I can't wait to watch UFC 111. All the fight cards are the best and I bet that tonight's UFC will be historic.

I haven't updated my blog for so long, I just updated it again today because I want to share with you another legendary match that will happen later tonight. Manny Pacquiao will be once again prove to us that he's indeed the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world as he'll face the strong and might Joshua Clottey.

Indeed, all pinoys around the world are proud of Manny Pacquiao. If you want to witness and watch this event, let’s all watch Pacquiao vs Clottey live stream this March 13, 2010 at exactly 9:00 PM EST. The main event will start after all the pre-main event bouts are finished. Let’s just be patient and wait for the main event.

This is my first post in the year of 2010 and in the month of February. I almost forgot to update this blog but good thing I remembered. Two BIG events will happen this February 2010. One is the UFC 109 Live Stream and the other one is the Super Bowl 44 Live Stream. These two most awaited events is a world event that everyone in the whole world is waiting for.

So this February 6 and 7, I'll be at home and will be in front of my PC to watch these historic events that will be broadcast live via satellite.

UFC 107 is the last UFC event this 2009! That's why everybody should watch this! Nothing new happened today. It was just another ordinary day for me. I wake up, ate breakfast, went to work, ate lunch, went back to work, traveled back home, ate dinner, browsed the world wide web, left some comments on the blogs that I subscribed to with new posts, and wrote this post that I am writing now. After this, I will sleep and wake up again for another brand new day! Just another usual day with all the usual stuff I am doing.
